Refund Information

At Limelight Impressions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
